Ex-Group Executive Chef of Jigger and Pony Group who helmed Humpback, Sugarhall, Live twice, Gibson & Caffe Fernet.

With 15 years of experience, Chef Polo is well-known for putting a new spin on dishes – playing on flavours, texture and techniques.

His speciality lies in seafood & grilled greens.

Ex-Chef de Cuisine for Sugarhall (Grill & Rum focused restaurant) and Caffe Fernet (Modern Italian restaurant) under Jigger and Pony Group. 

Grill master, creative & undeniably talented, Chef Gary runs a tight ship & makes sure every service goes smoothly.

Founded Twelve Cupcakes in 2011, expanded it to 18 stores locally and 40 in Asia within 3 years.
